Panelized Framing Packages
We offer a special service to homeowners wanting to be their own general contractor. We take your plan or provide you with one of our stock plans, provide the excavation, foundation and flatwork, framing labor, siding labor, windows, and all framing and siding material to construct the framed and sided shell. In addition to providing all the materials and labor for the shell, we will manage ordering and scheduling all the materials to perform the work. We take responsibility for completing a major portion of the project on time and at a competitive cost. You have only one contractor and one schedule to deal with. See photos in our gallery.

Concrete
Our crews build concrete foundations and flatwork. Our experience includes stamped, colored and decorative concrete as well as broom, exposed and sand finishes on drives, patios and walks. Please view the photos of our work in the gallery page.

Accessory dwellings, shops and garages
We have existing designs and plans available for accessory dwellings; one and two bedroom detached living spaces. We also have plans available for workshops and garages in various sizes and configurations. The cost and specification for the basic plan is provided.
